- ORIGIN COMPLETES 55,000 sq.ft. IT INTERIOR FITOUT AT DLF
ORIGIN IT AND FACILITY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. (ORIGIN INFOSYS PVT. LTD), which has specialized in providing total turnkey IT infrastructure solutions to IT & BPO majors, has completed a key project covering 55,000 Sq. ft. for Zenta Knowledge Services at DLF SEZ. This project at DLF envisaged ORIGIN providing complete Fitouts/Interiors, Data centre, Networking, UPS, PAC, IBMS etc.
Even in the midst of the global meltdown and its adverse impact on the IT sector, ORIGIN has been successful in the realm of Managed Services and in getting repeat orders. Currently 30% of ORIGIN’s overall revenue is derived from this business.
ORIGIN has so far completed 5 Lakh sq. ft. for different companies and also providing Remote Infrastructure Management Services for some of its key customers. ORIGIN’s expertise lies in providing total turnkey IT Infrastructure Solutions, including property scouting and development, architectural design and construction, Vendor development, Sourcing, Testing and Deployment, Designing and Activating LAN, WAN, RIM & Data Center, Designing and Activating LAN, WAN, RIM & Data Center, Hosting, Application Software Development and Facilities Management.
ORIGIN is also planning to set up a high quality Green Data / RIM / NOC Center on OMR within the next couple of months.

Chennai, August 09th, 2008: Origin infosys (ORIGIN) celebrated its 15th Annual Day, at Green Meadows, Chennai on 09 August 2008. The celebration was attended by over 400 associates and their guests. The event was managed by SBoss (Events & Media Handing)– from concept to execution. Events including Light Music, Mimicry and Dance were performed.
The Associates of the Year awards for Best Team, Best Performance and Best Team Leaders were presented in a prize distribution ceremony followed by prizes awarded to winners of cultural and sports events. The entire event was preceded by weeks of practice with a special focus on sports activities. The employees who have completed 10 years and 5 years of service in ORIGIN were also honored with mementoes.
The core of this event is to promote the spirit of Unity in a global organization with people who are from diverse cultures.

The agenda of this event was to meet all their premium partners together to discuss more on their key tech / business challenges and take the inputs from all the partners and also to reward the support engineers for their contribution towards the relevant service.
